Honey Bourbon Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
1/4 cup of local honey
1/4 cup Aged Bourbon
2 t soy sauce
1 t onion powder
2 t teriyaki sauce
3 T of brown sugar
2 T lime juice
1 t fresh ginger
3 whole diced garlic cloves
pinch of sea salt and pepper - Season according to taste
4 (6-ounce) skinless salmon fillets
Cooking spray
¼ cup thinly sliced green onions
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
Directions
Add the first 11 ingredients into a mixing bowl, vigoroulsy stir.
Place the fish in a large Zip-Lock bag, and the above mixture and seal.
Place the Zip-Lock bag in a glass baking dish or plate and place in the refrigerator.
Marinate for 2 hours.
Over medium-high heat coat the bottom of the pan with cooking spray or olive oil.
Add the fish and the sauce into the plan slowly, careful not to splash and burn yourself.
Fry on each side for at least 4 minutes - (Cook until you reache desired texture)
Plate the fish and drizzled the sauce in the pan over the fish, top with green onions and toaste sesame seeds.
