Unicorn Cookies

Not all Christmas Cookies have to be traditional. This cookie is a Crowd pleasure among Children and Adults. Two Childhood favorite cereals combined with sprinkles make for a tasty cookie.

Ingredients and Directions

• 1 pack of Cream Cheese

• 2 sticks of Sweet Cream Butter - Unsalted

• 1 1/2 Cups of granulated sugar

• Mix until Smooth

• Comine the following

• 2 cups of sifted Self Rising Flour

• 1 t cornstarch

• 1 t baking soda

Add the flour mixture into the creamy mixture slowly by hand not mixer.

• 2 cups of Trix Cereal

• 1/2 cup of Rainbow Sprinkles

• 1/2 cup of mini white choclate morsels

• 1/2 cup of Fruity Pebbles

• Scoop with an Ice Cream Scooper and form into balls and roll the tops in the Trix

• Place the cooke dough balls on baking sheets and place into the refridgerator for at least in hour.

• Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 14-16 minutes.

• Let Cool and Enjoy!
